Lisieux CMI Public School is managed by the CMI Fathers of Preshitha Province, Coimbatore, under the Little Flower CMI Educational and Charitable Trust. The Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI) is the first indigenous religious congregation in India, founded by St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, with an extensive network of over 520 educational institutions — from play schools to professional colleges — across India and abroad.

The CMI consider education as the integral formation of the human person. Their educational endeavours are open to all, irrespective of caste and creed, and aim at forming leaders who are intellectually competent, spiritually matured, morally upright, psychologically integrated, physically healthy and socially acceptable.
